First Fever

Miss Vivian had her first fever yesterday, Nov 24. It read 101 under her armpit, so an internal reading would be at least 1-2 deg higher. She has a cold - her nose is stuffy and snotty, and her voice is hoarse. Even though she felt really hot last night, she was in great spirits.

Tonight, she was crying and screaming- you could tell she was really miserable, but had no fever. In fact, when she woke from dozing, she felt really cool to the touch - too cool. Luckily, nursing solves all problems.

25 weeks

Vivian now has 2 teeth - both her front bottoms. They are coming in alarmingly fast, much much faster than her sister's. She bit me 3x yesterday from hunger and is eating baby cereal 3x per day starting today.
Daddy has been feeding her cereal while she lies on her back on her changing table. That way there is less spillage than when she "sits up" since she can't really sit up yet! She is a hungry little thing.
Today, she got her cereal, and there was no biting of mommy.

TOOTH!!

Vivian's first tooth broke thru yesterday - it is the bottom right front tooth. It is very interesting that she is hungry for real food earlier and is getting real teeth earlier than her sister.
Also, she's sleeping thru the night pretty well - she did 11pm - 7am last night.
